Chic Baby: About Chic Baby

{a personal letter from owner & designer of Chic Baby}

was started & created after I had my daughter,

OR
really while she was still in my belly actually!

The day I found out I was having a little girl, I was beyond ecstatic

starting shopping for my little Princess!

I quickly discovered that anything that was...
pink, princess themed, & had bling
I fell in LOVE with instantly!

BUT

there was a huge problem,

(aside from my new found obsession with all this stuff)

all of this stuff that I fell in love with had huge price tags attached to them!
{{that I did NOT love so much!}}

As much as I loved these things,
I could not bring myself to pay these insane amounts-

So I simply decided I could do it myself!

And it all started with a pacifier clip holder..

I had received a lot of things from my baby shower and some I loved, and then there were others ...

(let's just say that I didn't love so much)

I had a pacifier clip holder that just wasn't quite the style I liked,
the colors were right...

white and pink
but it had a huge pink and purple flower painted on it that I could have done without.

So I decided to give it a makeover

AND

I am SO glad I did... because it turned out to be the cutest little thing!

Once I had finished it, I suddenly had a craving to do more...

so I started with headbands next, and so on and so on!

I never really thought of turning this little hobby of mine into a business,

(because I kind of liked the idea that she had something that was original and that no other little girl had)

But, I always had the same question being asked over and over while out shopping...

"where did you get her headband?"

So I quickly realized that I might have something that I could share with other Mommy's!
And that's how {{Chic Baby}} was born!

Chic Baby believes that...
"All little girls deserve to feel like a Princess, no matter the budget!"
